By participating in this survey, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility
- Participation is open only to individuals employed by companies located within Ontario, in the city of Cambridge, Ayr, Kitchener, Brantford or Woodstock.
- Participants must be employed at companies that operate a trucking fleet, are Owner Operators, Shops, or Mobile Service Technicians.
- Only one gift card will be issued per person, and only one gift card per company is permitted.
Survey Incentive
- A gift card will be provided for eligible participants who fully complete the survey.
- A maximum of 100 gift cards will be distributed.
- Gift cards are available while supplies last, first-come, first-served.
- Gift cards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
Survey Deadline
July 15, 2025, or until 100 gift cards are distributed.
